Lexstone Group(Law Offices), is looking to hire a Senior Associate having a minimum experience of 5 years for its Corporate Team at the New Delhi office.
Candidates must have working experience in drafting of commercial contracts/ agreements, transaction structuring, advisory & documentation, corporate restructuring, complex funding & private equity transactions, due diligence, joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, compliance management, working knowledge of FDI, FEMA and SEBI Regulations, IBC, RERA.
CS qualification with working experience on real estate transactions shall be preferable.
Candidates below 5 years of experience are requested not to forward their CV.
Remuneration offered is as per market standards.
