Requirement

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible candidate (preferably a female) to work as a trademark associate for the firm. 

Experience: 1-2 years. Even freshers who are keen to work on trademarks can apply.

The candidate should be able to communicate in English well.

Qualification

BA LLB. 

Salary

INR 15,000 to 20,000 (per month)

Job Description

A. Handling clients trademark portfolios including updating the status of the trademark applications, watching for deadlines and updating the senior etc

B. Filing new trademark applications and other relevant forms with the Trademark Office,

C. Trademark Prosecution, Opposition and registration of trademarks

D. Conducting trademark searches world-wide on respective trademark portals

E. Performing journal/conflict watch to identify conflicting marks on a regular basis
