3-5 years experience in real estate practice, including due diligence, developmental and land use laws, preparing real estate documents, such as conveyances, joint development agreements etc. The candidate should be able to read revenue records in Hindi and should be comfortable with analyzing title reports done by associates or local counsels to help conclude diligence findings.
The candidate will be working with the partner heading the real estate diligence practice and will be expected to be the main contact point for clients for transactions/ matters being handled.
