Job Requirements:

– General corporate advisory and corporate transactions, drafting and vetting of contracts, documents for incorporating companies, LLPs, trusts etc.

– Knowledge of Company Law, FEMA, SEBI and RBI Regulations, Intellectual Property Laws, Employment and Labour Laws, etc.

– Should have good legal research and drafting capabilities.

– Strong analytical ability, logical and problem solving approach.
