Our Advisor and Former Partner Justice K.S.P. Radhakrishnan (Retd. Judge, Supreme Court of India) is one of India's pre-eminent arbitrators in sectors that include Oil and Natural Gas, Mines & Minerals, FDI, Securities, Aviation etc. He represents India at the Commonwealth Secretariat Arbitration Tribunal (CSAT), London, and is an empanelled Arbitrator with the SIAC.

Our Managing Partner Shivshankar Panicker practises in the Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Kerala. He is currently a Senior Central Government Panel Counsel representing the Govt. in arbitrations and matters before the High Court of Kerala.
